If any item does not meet your expectations please email within 14 days of receipt. We will either refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unused and in it's original packaging and condition. Buyers will be responsible for any return postage costs.

Faulty goods may be returned for a replacement or full refund if we are unable to replace the item. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

N.B. Any damaged courier deliveries must be reported to us within 48 hours or claims for damages can not be accepted.
