Postage, Delivery and Terms
All online orders from the festive period will be despatched as soon as we return on 02/01/2025. Please allow 2-3 days to receive them as it will be a very busy start of the year.
Shipping costs can be estimated at the shopping basket before completing your order or alternatively the postage is calculated at checkout once you provide your address. If you are unhappy with the charge you are able to cancel before any payment is taken.
All orders received before 1.00 p.m will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1.00 p.m will be processed ready for dispatch the following day, however, we will endeavour to dispatch as many as possible before the courier comes to collect.
You must ensure you have provided us with a valid email address and telephone number so we can keep you updated as to the staus of your order. Any orders which are dispatched via couriers will need signing for.
You will be sent an email to provide you with the name of the courier and the tracking number on the day of dispatch.
On the day of delivery the courier company will text/email you with an estimated 2 hour time window for the delivery of your parcel on that day.
Zone 1 UK Shipping Costs:
Zone 1 consists of all postcodes in England and Wales and excludes postcodes belonging to Zone 2 & Zone 3.
For deliveries to UK Zone 1 there is a minimum standard rate of £3.99 for orders up to 1kg in weight, for orders above 1kg please see the table below. Our website calculates the weight of your order and postage and packaging will be charged accordingly. The appropriate charge will be automatically added to your order before any transaction is completed to allow alterations or cancellations if required. Please note large bulky items are calculated as volumetric weights
Orders weighing up to 2kg will mainly be dispatched via 1st class Royal Mail depending upon size, orders over 2kg will be dispatched via courier on a next day service but depending upon postcode may take 1-2 days for delivery and will need signing for. If there will be no-one in you can opt to have your order left with a neighbour but you must state this in the comments section when ordering.
UK Zone 2 – Scotland Shipping Costs
For deliveries to Scotland Zone 2 there is a minimum standard rate of £3.99 for orders up to 1kg in weight, for orders above 1kg please see the table below. Our website calculates the weight of your order and postage and packaging will be charged accordingly. The appropriate charge will be automatically added to your order before any transaction is completed to allow alterations or cancellations if required. Delivery Schedule
Orders received before 1.00 pm Monday - Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day, orders received after 1.00 pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the following working day. Orders received at the weekend or after 1.00 pm on Friday will be dispatched on a Monday, we will endeavour to get as many orders dispatched after the 1.00 pm deadline but it will depend on time and the time the courier comes to collect the parcels. Unfortunately weekend deliveries are not available.
Parcels below 2kg:
Parcels up to 2kg are normally sent by 1st class Royal Mail, once despatched, delivery to UK mainland addresses will normally be within 1 - 2 working days (Mon-Fri). For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands delivery may take longer.
Parcels above 2kg:
Parcels over 2kg to the UK Mainland will be sent via the next day (working days Mon- Fri) courier service and will need signing for. Please note that unexpected circumstances can occur during delivery and we cannot be held responsible for this. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands delivery will take longer.
Bank Holidays are not classed as working days and as such there may be some delay in receiving your order.
A guaranteed next day before 12.00 delivery is only available to UK Mainland and some Scottish postcodes (AB10-AB36, AB39, DD1 - DD11, DG, EH, FK1-FK16, G, KA1-KA26, KA29-KA30, KY1-KY16, ML1-ML12, PA1-PA19, TD)
We are unable to deliver to addresses containing a PO Box number or FREEPOST addresses.
We will deliver to the address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode, please check it using the Post Office address finding service.
If in the unlikely event that your goods are not received within 10 working days of ordering, please notify us by email or by telephone on 017772 600395 and quote your order number We cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay on delivery of the goods
Receiving Your Goods
Please note that a majority of deliveries are sent by Courier and MUST be signed for. If there is no-one in to receive the parcel a card will be left so a more convenient time can be arranged for delivery. Alternatively, you can leave a signed note for the driver to leave your parcel at a neighbour's address.
Please check the goods before the driver leaves and if there is any damage please refuse to accept the delivery as any claims for damage caused in transit are not upheld by the courier.

Our Guarantee
If at any time you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, please notify us by email within 2 working days of your delivery. You should then arrange for the unwanted items to be returned to us in the condition in which they were received, within 14 days. We recommend you send the goods recorded delivery for your own protection. On receipt of the returned goods, we will arrange for your account to be credited with the full cost of the goods only, we will not pay for your return delivery cost unless the item is deemed faulty.
Please note credit card companies do not allow refunds to any other card. You must allow 7 working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
Returns Policy

Faulty/Damaged Items
All of our products are covered by a 12 month warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any return delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item.
Upon receipt of your goods please inspect to ensure your goods are in good condition. Please note that we will cover the cost of return where the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part.
Please contact us for returns authorisation before sending the goods back or we may be unable to process your claim.
N.B. Any damaged courier deliveries must be reported to us within 72 hours or claims for damages can not be accepted.
Unwanted Items
Items may be returned providing that you do so within 14 days of receipt in an unused condition and fully packaged in the original packaging so the item can be re-sold to another customer. Used items etc may not be returned. Please contact us for returns authorisation before sending the goods back or we will be unable to process your claim.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost returns so please ensure you return them via an appropriate courier or insured method as we do not accept any liability until received by us. Also please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned.
